i think the worst part of 50 shits of shitass is that being so popular, and being labeled ‘erotica’, it’s eventually going to end up in the hands of some impressionables. and that worries me a bit.

i’m just sayin’, because when i was at an ‘impressionable’ age there was that italian chick melissa p.’s book, and it was plastered all over the media, so naturally every hormonally driven teen got their hands on it. that was my generation, and it seems there’s one of those books for every one. the generation before mine had the flowers in the attic books to read. 

now, afaik nobody fucked their siblings or sucked 27 dicks in a row, but 50 shits seriously disturbs me in the way that it misrepresents healthy sex. it’s just like twilight in being a cultural pollutant. seriously, sometimes i think if some greater forces at work are doing this on purpose, like there’s a hidden ministry of de-education, dedicated to sociocultural devolution. there’s a lot of things wrong with these shitty series in mainstream media lately. 50 shits is one of them, and it’s going to end up in some teens’ hands, and it’s just going to misrepresent sex to them, in all its extremely male-pleasure-centric glory and inept handling its own subject matter of d/s. AND THEN THERE’S OBVIOUSLY THE PART WHERE IT’S SO FUCKING BAD.

and this is why i’d rather read about imaginary polygon men having dirty anal sex instead. dude, i’m not the problem for fetishizing gay men in the privacy of my own basement. this shit is.
